As part of global efforts to flatten the curve and slow the spread of COVID-19, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to postpone Cinepocalypse for 2020. We have been monitoring social distancing guidelines in Chicago and in the nation at large, and it’s become clear that regardless of whether the weight of the crisis has been lifted, we would not be able to have the film festival in early June. At best, we would be asking a lot of our community at a time when the country is getting back on track, and at worst, we would be risking the health and safety of our filmmakers, fans, and staff. We’re disappointed that we won’t be able to see you in June, but confident that we will return later this year to shake the rafters of the Music Box with the best audiences in the world.
In the meantime, we will continue to work on building the best and most exciting lineup of films and special events that we possibly can, and will continue to screen submissions from the filmmakers who are the lifeblood of our industry. We’ll update you with our new dates as soon as we have a better idea of when it will be safe to relaunch. Badges that have already been purchased will be valid for our new dates, and refunds will be offered to badge holders who can't attend the rescheduled festival when our new dates are announced.

If you are in a position to help others during this time of crisis, please consider a donation to the Art-House America campaign to support independent movie theaters, or a membership to the Music Box Theatre. Until then—stay safe and stay well.

Hello scarlett7778,

Perian won’t play every movie. Perian won’t play wmf files and some kinds of AVI movies. To play all files try out VLC for Mac OS X. VLC is awesome and allows you to watch any movie. The only problem with VLC is that it only allows you to watch the movie in it’s own player, not in Keynote or other programs.

My Movies for Mac OS X is available in two different versions; an unlimited 'Pro' application, available for purchase through the Mac App Store, and a 'Free' application available for free download though the Mac App Store, which is identical to the 'Pro' version, but limited to 50 titles, a limitation that can be lifted either through contribution points or purchased points. ‎Cinemagraph Pro, the most powerful tool to create visual imagery that gets noticed — in a class of its own. Cinemagraphs made easy. The only professional editing tool designed to create moving imagery that gets noticed. Apple Design Award Winner & App Store Best of 2014 Cinemagraph Pro is the app.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that you purchased The Invisible Man, however you're unable to download it on your Mac. You've come to the right place for help.

I'd like to start by ensuring that you're trying to redownload this movie following the steps below:

'How to redownload movies and TV shows on iTunes for Windows

  1. Open iTunes. Sign in with the same Apple ID that you originally used to purchase the item.
  2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > Purchased.
  3. If you use Family Sharing, you'll see Family Purchases instead of Purchased.
  4. Click Movies or TV Shows in the top corner of the iTunes window.
  5. If you use Family Sharing, you can choose a family member's name next to Purchased to see their purchases.
  6. Find the movie or TV show that you want to redownload, then click the download button for the item. Don't see the item that you purchased?'

If you're unable to complete any of those steps, could you tell us more specifically where you're running in to an issue? What's happening? If you encounter an error, what does it say?
